Introduction

Fold screw sludge dehydrator belongs to the screw press dewater. It can reduce sedimentation tank and the sludge thickener, and save the cost of managing sewage station. Fold screw sludge dehydrator uses automatic update filter cake filtration technology instead of the traditional filter screen filters skillfully, their own update filter cake filtration technology can ensure dehydrator continuous and stable mud water separation effect, through the change of screw diameter and screw pitch produce a powerful extrusion pressure, and also produce the tiny gap between floating ring and fixed to realize squeeze dewatering of sludge. Structure principle

The main body of dehydrator is made up by the fixed ring and floating ring mutual overlap, the screw shaft through the formation of filtration device. The front section is for concentrate department, and the rear section is for dehydration department.The tiny gap between fixed ring and floating ring and the screw shaft pitch will gradually diminish from concentrate department to dehydration department.The rotation of screw shaft can push sludge transportation from concentration department to dehydration department, and meanwhile drive the floating ring cleaning filter seam constantly, prevent the jam.

4. After the sludge gravity thickening in the concentrate department, it will be transported to dehydration department. During the transport process, the filter seam and screw pitch will gradually diminish, and it will produce a huge internal pressure by the back platen blocking effect, the volume will gradually reduce, and realize the purpose of dehydration.
